Event Terms & Conditions
By purchasing a ticket to our event, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
“Event Organizer” means the organization with which You enter into this agreement.
“You” means You as the holder of this Ticket. “your” shall be read accordingly.
“Event” means the Event as stated on your Ticket.
“Ticket” means any ticket you use to gain entrance to the Event.
“Venue” means the venue where the Event is held.
Ticket terms:
All applicants for Tickets acknowledge and agree that Tickets, as well as admission to the Event, shall be granted in the Event Organizer’s sole discretion. Tickets are non-transferable and not for resale.
Each ticket admits entry for the named ticket holder only. This Ticket is only valid for the date and times stated. For accessibility requests, contact the admissions team in advance. Entry will be restricted or temporarily held when the Venue reaches capacity.
Payment terms:
Payment is due at time of ticket purchase. Payments received after this term may incur an additional administration charge. For changes in the registration, the organiser retains the right to charge an administration fee. For changes/cancellations an administration charge of 25% of the registration fee is applicable. It is possible to change the participant information to allow a replacement to attend the event in your place up-to 72 hours prior to the event start.
Switching tickets to different event dates or editions are not permitted.
In case of cancellation:
In case of cancellation, 100% of the registration fee will be charged. There will be no refund.
In case of insufficient number of registrations the organiser retains the right to cancel or postpone the event.
Waiver
Consent to the Use of Photographic Images: Registrations and attendance at, or participation in Eco Create & Innovate-ECANDI and 25SW4P events constitutes an agreement by the registrant to ECANDI and 25SW4P use and distribution (both now and in the future) of the registrant or attendee’s image or voice in photographs, videotapes, electronic reproductions and audiotapes etc.

We will keep your contact details and we will keep you informed and up to date with regards to the latest news and events on strategy – If you don’t find this of interest, please opt out when purchasing your ticket. Contact details may be shared with our sponsors and partners.
Event warranty – Force majeure
In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the organisers reserve the right to change the dates and/or venue.
The Event Organizer makes no warranty with respect to the appearance of specified artists at the Event, and will not be liable if, due to unforeseen circumstances, the Event is postponed or cancelled or if the program is changed.
Based on Covid 19 pandemic we reserve the right to decide on the final format of the event.
Right of admission reserved
The right to accept registration is reserved by ECANDI and 25SW4P. At our sole discretion, ECANDI and 25SW4P reserves the right to refuse admission to or eject any person behaving dangerously or inappropriately. Admission and security representatives of ECANDI and 25SW4P reserve the right to refuse entry and to eject anyone from the Event, without limitation, for safety and health reasons. ECANDI and 25SW4P reserves the right to conduct security searches and to refuse admission to you, or eject you from the venue, should you refuse to comply with such security measures. ECANDI and 25SW4P reserves the right to confiscate any item which, in their reasonable opinion, may cause danger or disruption at the Event.
Liability Waiver & Release
In consideration of being allowed to register for, and participate in, the events I hereby warrant and represent that I am age 18 or above and freely waive, release from liability, assume all risks, and covenant not to sue Eco Create & Innovate – ECANDI or its partners, members, employees, board members, agents, or volunteers for any expense, loss, damage, personal injury, including loss of life, disability, property damage, or property theft or actions of any kind that I may hereafter suffer or sustain before, during, or after the Event unless said expense, loss, damage, personal injury, including loss of life, disability, property damage or property theft or actions of any kind is caused by the sole, gross negligence of ECANDI. This Waiver and Releases is specifically binding upon my heirs and assigns and is knowingly given.
