ECANDI RECYCLE REWARD SCHEME: TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Eligibility:
The ECANDI Recycle Reward Scheme is open to all customers of ECANDI retail stores.
Participants must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent to join.
2. Participation:
To participate, customers must obtain an ECANDI Recycle Reward Scheme ‘Stamp’ Card from any ECANDI store.
Participation is voluntary and free of charge.
3. Earning Stamps:
One stamp is awarded for each lump sum of eligible recyclables deposited.
An ECANDI employee must be present at the time of drop-off to ascertain the validity and record the stamps.
4. ‘Stamp’ Card:
Participants are responsible for their ‘Stamp’ Card, which must be presented during each recyclable item drop-off.
Lost or stolen cards can be replaced at the participant’s expense, and the stamps will be reset to zero.
5. Agreement for Promotional Messages:
By signing up for the ECANDI Recycle Reward Scheme, participants agree to receive promotional messages from ECANDI.
Participants can opt-out of promotional messages at any time by following the provided instructions in the communication.
6. Discount Structure:
Participants can redeem stamps for discounts at the time of stamping.
The discount is 1% per stamp, with a maximum of 10 stamps for a 10% discount.
Discounts are valid only for selected products and are subject to change at ECANDI’s discretion.
7. Discount Application:
The discount is applicable only at the time of stamping and for the specific transaction in which the stamps are redeemed.
Discounts cannot be accrued, carried forward, or added up over multiple transactions.
8. Validity Period:
Stamps are valid for redemption for a period of one year from the date of issue.
Expired stamps cannot be redeemed.
9. Program Changes:
ECANDI reserves the right to modify or terminate the Recycle Reward Scheme at any time, with or without notice.
Changes may include alterations to the discount structure, eligible products, or other program features.
10. Partner Benefits:
Partnerships with other businesses in the Recycle Reward Scheme may result in additional benefits for participants.
ECANDI is not responsible for the actions or policies of partner businesses.
11. Fraud and Misuse:
Any fraudulent activity or misuse of the Recycle Reward Scheme will result in immediate disqualification from the program.
ECANDI reserves the right to take legal action against fraudulent activity.
12. Privacy:
Participant information collected for the Recycle Reward Scheme may be used for current and future communication and marketing activities.
Information will be handled in accordance with ECANDI’s privacy policy.
